Additionally, we share data with logistic companies in order to fulfil any product order.
In any case, Biomedical Supply S.L. follows strict selection criteria for these third parties in order to fulfil its data protection obligations and ensure that these third parties comply with their data protection obligations. Additionally, the use of personal data will be solely and exclusively for the agreed purposes, it being prohibited to process this personal data for other purposes or transfer it to third parties.

Biomedical Supply S.L. does not share or communicate any personal information of users who are followers on these social networks, and as an administrator on each of these social channels, we adopt the adequate security measures and privacy configurations provided by these social networks.
4. For how long do we keep your data?
Biomedical Supply S.L. will comply with current regulations on when personal information must be deleted once the purpose in question has been achieved, or when you revoke your consent to its processing, being at the exclusive disposal of Courts and Tribunals and competent state bodies for attending to potential responsibilities arising from processing, and only during the periods described for these responsibilities.
